Elite Individual - Event 2
Amanda '21 For time: 21 Muscle Ups 21 Squat snatches 65/45kg
Time cap: 6 minutes
This event begins with the athlete on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, they will move forward to the rig and perform 21 ring muscle ups. Once all 21 muscle ups are complete, the athlete will move to the barbell and perform 21 squat snatches, advancing the barbell every 7 reps. Once all 21 squat snatches are complete the athlete will move over the bar and run to the finish mat. Time stops when the athlete’s foot hits the finish mat.
Scoring: The athlete's score is the total time it takes them to complete the event.
Elite Team - Event 1 Amanda ‘21 For time: 21 Bar muscle ups (4 person sync) 21 Squat snatches (4 person sync) 61/43kg Time cap: 8 minutes
This event begins with all four athletes on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, athletes will move to the rig to perform 21 four-person sync bar muscle ups. All four athletes must be locked out and show clear synchronisation at the top of each rep. Once the 21 bar muscle ups have been completed, the athletes will move forward to perform 21 four-person sync squat snatches. Squat snatches must be synchronised at the top of the rep with all four athletes being locked out at the same time. The barbells will be advanced every seven reps until 21 reps have been performed. Once the squat snatches are complete the athletes must control the bar to the floor in front of them, before advancing to the finish mat. Time stops when the athlete’s feet hit the finish mat.
