Elite Health & Performance will be onsite throughout TYR Torian Pro with our sports chiropractic and physiotherapy team, providing hands-on treatment, movement support, and recovery services for pro athletes across the full competition weekend.
 

We’re a Brisbane-based sports clinic that has been operating for nine years, and in that time we’ve treated a large number of CrossFit athletes, along with lifters, runners, and other active people. Many of our team are involved in CrossFit themselves, so we understand the physical demands of the sport and the importance of keeping athletes moving and performing at a high level across a competition weekend.
 

Our approach goes beyond general massage. We use targeted, movement-focused treatment including Active Release Techniques, soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping, IASTM, taping, exercise therapy, warm-up support, movement checks, and recovery advice to help manage tightness, restrictions, niggles, flare-ups, and any issues that may come up before or after an event.

The treatment and recovery zone is there for you to use as often as needed across all three days.

Whether you want to improve range of motion before an event, settle down a tweak, get taped, or recover between events, our goal is to help you feel confident in your body and ready for the next performance.
