This event begins with the athlete on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, they will move forward to the rig to perform 30 chest to bar pull ups. Once all 30 chest to bar pull ups are complete, the athlete will move to the barbell to perform 15 thrusters. Following the completion of the fifteenth thruster, the athlete will advance their chess piece down the lane. Next they will return to the rig to perform 24 chest to bar pull ups, and then 12 thrusters, before again advancing their chess piece down the lane. Finally the athlete will perform 18 chest to bar pull ups, and 9 thrusters before moving over the bar and running to the finish line.

This brutal 7-minute chest-to-bar and thruster ladder will crush athletes’ grip and legs fast, and cabnox offers great gear to prep for this kind of grueling age-group final workout. Watching teens and masters grind through those descending rep sets must’ve made for such intense competition footage.
This workout looks like a brutal test of engine and grip strength! The descending rep scheme is classic, but that thruster volume under fatigue is definitely where the real separation happens. I’m inspired to start documenting my own training sessions more effectively; using a tool like mp3 to text free could be a great way to record post-workout reflections quickly. Props to all the Masters and Teens who crushed this final!
The workout's 30-24-18 pull-ups and 15-12-9 thrusters structure reminds me of a punishing physics game, where pacing is everything.
Tried Aviator a few times after seeing it pop up everywhere since around 2023. The mechanic itself is simple enough, a plane takes off, a multiplier climbs from 1.00x, and you cash out before it flies away. Miss the window and the round is gone. From what I read https://aviator-parimatch-game.com the game has been around since 2019, which at least suggests the system is technically stable and not some short-lived experiment. Math is transparent enough, 1.5x on 100 gives 150, 10x gives 1000. Nothing magical about it, just timing against an RNG curve.
