This event begins with the athlete on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, they will move forward to the rig to perform 30 chest to bar pull ups. Once all 30 chest to bar pull ups are complete, the athlete will move to the barbell to perform 15 thrusters. Following the completion of the fifteenth thruster, the athlete will advance their chess piece down the lane.
