Elite Individual - Event 6 🔥

In 3 minutes:

30/20 cal Ski

15 Burpees over the box 30/24"

Max distance sled pull in the time remaining

Rest 1 minute between rounds. Repeat until the sled has been pulled a total of 90 feet across the finish line.

Time cap 15 minutes ⏱

This event begins with the athlete on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep the athlete will move forward to the Concept 2 Ski Erg and will have a 3 minute work period to perform 30 calories for males or 20 calories for females. Next the athlete will complete 15 burpee box jump overs, before running to the end of their lane to pull the sled as far as possible in the remaining time. They will then have one minute to return back to the start mat. After the one minute rest, the athlete will again perform the required calories on the ski and the 15 burpee box jump overs, before running to the end of the lane and again pulling the sled as far as possible. The athlete will continue in this fashion until the sled has been pulled a total of 90 feet. Once the sled has passed the 90-foot mark the athlete will turn and move to the finish mat. Time stops when the athlete’s foot hits the finish mat.


Scoring 📝

The athlete’s score is the total time it takes for them to complete the event. If an athlete fails to complete an event within the time cap, their score will be ‘capped’, and they will receive a one second penalty for each rep not completed. The 90-foot lane will be divided into six sections, with each section equalling one rep.


Worm Burpee 🐛


Elite Teams - Event 6 🔥


5 rounds for time:

10 Worm clean and jerks 20 Burpees

Time Cap 21 minutes ⏱

This event begins with all four athletes on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, athletes will move forward to begin performing 10 worm clean and jerks. Once the 10 clean are completed the team will perform 20 sync burpees over the worm. All four athlete’s chest and thighs must clearly be on the ground at the same time at the start of each rep, and they must use a two feet take off to jump over the worm. Once the 20 sync worm burpees have been completed, the team will advance the worm to the next section before commencing the second round. Teams will continue in this fashion until five rounds have been completed. Upon completion of the final set of burpees all four athletes will move to the finish mat. Time stops when the athletes feet hit the finish mat.
