80ft Handstand walk (2 person sync)
50 Toes to bar (2 person sync)

Masters - One athlete handstand walking at a time only
This event begins with all four teammates on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, they will run to the end of their lane where any 2 athletes will kick up and handstand walk 80 feet back towards the rig. The handstand walk must be completed in 15-foot increments. Should an athlete come down before the 15-foot increment both athletes must return to their last successfully completed section before continuing on. Athletes can rotate in and out in any fashion they choose as long as they always begin from the last successfully completed section. For masters teams only 1 Athlete needs to perform the handstand walk and can rotate after each completed section.
Once the team have completed the 80 foot handstand walk they will move to the rig to perform 50 two-person synchro toes to bar. Any combination of athletes can perform the sync toes to bar, with athletes interchanging as desired until 50 sync toes to bar have been completed. The team will then pick up the worm and lunge it 30 feet up their lane. Following the completion of the 30ft lunge the team will move back to the end of the lane to begin the next round. Teams will continue in this fashion until three rounds have been completed. Time stops when all four athletes have reached the finish line.
Score equals the time it takes the team to complete the event. The 80ft lane will be divided into five sections, with each section equalling one rep. In the event a team is time capped, one second will be added to their score for each rep not completed.

30ft Worm walk
This event begins with all four teammates on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, the first male / female pair will run to the barbell and do 30 Sync push press. Once completed the second male / female pair will move to the barbells to complete their 30 sync push press. Once the push presses have been completed the team will move to the rig to perform 50 two person sync leg raises with the pairs sharing the reps as desired. Next all 4 athletes will move to the worm, clean it to their shoulder and walk the worm 30ft up their lane. Following the completion of the 30 foot worm walk the first pair will move back to the barbells to begin the next round. Teams will continue in this fashion until three rounds have been completed. Time stops when all four athletes have reached the finish line.
Score equals the time it takes the team to complete all three rounds.
