This event begins with all four athletes on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, the first male / female pair will move forward to the Rogue Echo bikes, with the males completing 30 calories and the female completing 25. Once the monitors read the required calories they will move forward to perform 200 drag rope double unders. Athletes will alternate sets of 50 double unders, working one at a time until they have amassed a total of 200 double unders between them. Finally they will move forward to the dumbbells to perform 50 synchro dumbbell hang snatches, advancing the dumbbell every 25 reps. Athletes must be clearly synced at the top for the rep to count. Once 50 synchro hang snatches have been completed they will move to the finish line, at which point the next male / female pair may enter the field of play and perform their leg of the relay in the same fashion. The event is over when the 2nd male / female pair crosses the finish line.
