This event begins with the athlete on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep the athlete will move forward to the Rogue Echo bike and perform 30 calories for males or 25 for females. Once the monitor reads the required calories the athlete will move forward to perform 100 drag rope double unders, advancing every 50 reps. They will then move to the dumbbell to perform 50 dumbbell hang snatches advancing every 10 reps. Following the completion of the 50 dumbbell hang snatches the athlete will begin the next round. The athlete will continue in this fashion until two rounds have been completed. Time stops when the athlete has reached the finish line.
The athlete’s score is the total time it takes for them to complete the event.
