21 strict deficit handstand push ups
Husafell bag carry 180ft
15 strict deficit handstand push ups
Kettlebell farmers carry 180ft
9 strict deficit handstand push ups
Yoke carry 90ft

Notes:
This event begins with the athlete standing on the start mat. At the sound of the beep, run to the rig to perform 21 strict deficit handstand push ups. Then move forward to pick up the husafell bag and carry it 180ft. Next return to the rig to perform 15 strict deficit handstand push ups, before picking up the kettlebells and carrying them 180ft. Finally return back to the rig for 9 strict deficit handstand push ups, before picking up the yoke and carrying it 90ft to the finish mat. When the athlete reaches the finish mat, time stops.

Elite Team - Event 5
In MF Pairs, for time:

The first MF pair will complete the workout, followed by the second pair.
Time Cap: 16 minutes ⏰
Notes:
This event begins with the team on the start mat, behind the rig. At the sound of the beep, the first male/female pair will move forward to the barbells and perform 45 synchro deadlifts. Next they will run back to the rig to perform 45 synchro handstand push ups. After the handstand push ups are completed, they will then move back to the barbells and advance them down the floor to the next marker before performing 30 synchro deadlifts. The pair will continue in this pattern until they have completed the final synchro handstand push up. After the final synchro handstand push up, the pair will run over the bars to the finish.
When the first pair are across the finish line, the second pair may enter, run to the barbells, and begin their synchro deadlifts. Working in the same fashion as the first pair, after the last synchro handstand push up, the second pair will run over both bars and to the finish. When the team is on the finish mat together, time stops.
NOTE: The timing chip must be worn by the final member of the team to cross the finish line.

Notes:
This event begins with the pair on the start mat, behind the rig. At the sound of the beep, the pair will run to the barbells and perform 45 synchro deadlifts. After the synchro deadlifts are completed, they will move back to the rig and perform 45 handstand push ups, sharing the reps in any fashion. After the pair completes 45 handstand push ups, one athlete will run forward in the lane and move the chess piece to the next marker before the pair moves to the barbells to begin their next set of 30 synchro deadlifts. They will then move back to the rig before performorming 30 handstand push ups. The pair will continue in this pattern until they have completed the final handstand push up. After the final handstand push up, the pair will run over the barbell to the finish line.
The pairs score is the total time for completing the event.

After the deadlifts are completed, they will move to the rig and perform 21 handstand push ups. After they complete 21 handstand push ups, they will run forward in the lane and move the chess piece to the next marker before returning to the barbell to begin their next set of 30 deadlifts. They will then move back to the rig before performing 15 handstand push ups. They will continue in this pattern until they have completed the final handstand push up. After the final handstand push up, the run over the barbell to the finish line.
