Elite Individual - Event 6


For time: 

1000m row

100 double unders

10 deadlifts 185/125kg


Time Cap: 7 minutes ⏰


Notes:

This event begins with the athlete seated on the rower, with straight legs and their arms behind their back. At the sound of the beep, row 1,000m. Next perform 100 double unders, then 10 deadlifts. Once the tenth deadlift is complete run across the competition floor to the finish mat. When the athlete reaches the finish mat, time stops.


Scoring:

The athlete's score is his or her total time for completing the event.


Elite Team - Event 6

Relay, FFMM


Time Cap: 24 minutes ⏰


Notes:

This event will be performed relay style. It begins with one female athlete seated on the rower, with straight legs and their arms behind their back. The other athletes will stand behind them on the start mat. At the sound of the beep, the first athlete will perform an 800m row. Next perform 100 double unders, and then finally 10 overhead squats. Once the tenth overhead squat is complete run across the competition floor to the finish mat. 


As soon as the first athlete has cleared the rower the second athlete may move forward to take a seat on the rower. When the first female has reached the finish mat, the second female will begin rowing. Continue in this fashion for all 4 athletes, with the male athletes rowing 1000m. Once the last male athlete has completed the 10th overhead squat, run to the finish mat. When the athlete reaches the finish mat, time stops.


Scoring:

The team’s score is the total time for completing the event.

When the first athlete reaches the finish mat, the second athlete is released to start their row. Once the second athlete has completed the tenth overhead squat, they will run to the finish mat. When the second athlete reaches the finish mat, time stops.
