Elite Individual - Event 4
In 2 minutes:
15 chest to bar pull-upsÂ
15/10 echo bike cals
Max snatches 47/34kg
Rest 2 minutes, then repeat until 60 snatches are completed. 4 round cap.
Notes:
This event begins with the athlete standing on the start mat. At the sound of the beep, run to the rig to perform 15 chest to bar pull ups . Then move forward to the Echo bike to perform 15/10 calories, before finally moving to the barbell to perform max power snatches. At the 2 minute mark time stops, with a 2 minute rest being taken. Continue in this fashion until 60 snatches have been completed. After the 60th snatch is complete, the athlete will drop the bar in front and run to the finish mat. When the athlete reaches the finish mat, time stops.
Time Cap: 14 minutes ⏰

The athlete's score is his or her total time for completing the event.
Elite Team - Event 3 👸🏻
3 rounds for time:Â
15 bar muscle ups (4 person sync)
15/10 echo bike calories (4 person sync)
15 clean and jerks 65/43kg (4 person sync)

Notes:
This event begins with the team on the start mat. At the sound of the beep, all 4 athletes will move to the rig to perform 15 syncro bar muscle ups. Next they will move forward to the echo bikes to perform 15/10 calories. Next they will move down the lane and begin performing 15 synchro clean and jerks. Continue in this fashion for 3 rounds. After the final round of clean and jerks, the team will run over the bars to the finish. When the team is on the finish mat together, time stops.
NOTE: The timing chip must be worn by the final member of the team to cross the finish line.

20 one arm dumbbell snatch, alt (sync)
Time Cap: 12 minutes ⏰
This event begins with the team on the start mat. At the sound of the beep, one athlete will move to the echo bike to start performing 20/15 calories, while the other picks up the feed sack to begin performing 20 box step ups. Once the 20/15 calories and 20 box step ups have been completed the athletes will swap and do the same again. Next they will move to the dumbbells and perform 20 synchro one arm dumbbell snatches (alternating). The pair will continue in this pattern, moving the dumbbells forward in the lane every round until they have completed 3 rounds. After the final round of dumbbell snatches, the team will run to the finish.Â
*Athletes may not drop the dumbbells. The athlete's hand must remain on the dumbbell all the way to the floor for the rep to count.
