Elite Individual - Event 1 Reverse Triathlon

For time:

5K Run

7K Bike

2K Row

Time cap 48 minutes

This event begins with the athlete on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, the athlete moves forward to the Assault Air Runner and commences running. Once the display reads 5,000 meters, the athlete will move forward to the Concept 2 Bike and begin riding. When the display reads 7,000 meters, the athlete will move to the Concept 2 rower to complete the row. Once the display reads 2,000 meters the athlete will move to the finish mat. Time stops when the athlete’s foot hits the finish mat.

Scoring: The athlete's score is the total time it takes them to complete the event.

Elite Team - Event 2 Triathlon Mixed Relay

For time:

1K run

3K bike

500m row

Order: FMFM Time cap 55 minutes

This event begins with all four athletes on the starting mat. At the sound of the beep, the first athlete will move forward to the Assault Air Runner and commence running. When the display reads 1,000 meters, they will move forward to the Concept 2 Bike and begin riding. Once the display reads 3,000 meters, the athlete will move to the Concept 2 Rower to complete the row. When the display reads 500 meters, the athlete will return to the start mat and tag the next athlete. The remaining three athletes will perform their leg of the relay in the same fashion. Once the final athlete has completed the 500 meter row they will move to the finish mat. Time stops when the athlete’s foot hits the finish mat.
