It takes an army of passionate and energetic individuals to bring the Torian Pro to life and send the top athletes on their journey to the CrossFit Games. Over the years, our volunteers have proven themselves to be the hardest workers in the room, embodying the heart and soul of the Torian Pro.

 

From early mornings to high-intensity tasks, our volunteers tackle every challenge with grit, determination, and enthusiasm. But when the final barbell drops on Sunday, there’s no greater feeling than knowing you’ve helped deliver one of the premier events on the CrossFit calendar.

Volunteer Requirements

 

To ensure the seamless execution and safety of the event, volunteers must commit to at least two full days of competition. Volunteers will receive:

• Crew uniforms

• Lunch and snacks

• A general admission spectator ticket

 

Note:

• Volunteers who can commit to all three days will be given priority.

• Completing this form does not guarantee selection.

• Successful applicants will be notified before spectator tickets go on sale.

 

2025 Volunteer Teams

 

Athlete Control

Love working face-to-face with people? Athlete Control volunteers greet athletes, manage check-ins, coordinate heat schedules, and ensure athletes are ready for their events. Clear and confident communication is key, along with a calm and positive attitude to help athletes stay focused before hitting the competition floor. Right place, right time, with a smile!

 

Judging (Elite & Community)

Our judges are the gatekeepers of competition integrity, upholding the high standards the Torian Pro is known for. As part of this tight-knit team, you’ll work closely with Head Judges to ensure accuracy and consistency across all divisions.
 

Elite Judge Requirements:

• Completion of the 2025 CrossFit online Judges Course

• At least one year of judging experience at the Torian Pro or CrossFit Games
 

Community Judge Requirements:

• Completion of the 2025 CrossFit online Judges Course

 

Equipment & Signage

The engine room of the Torian Pro. The Equipment & Signage crew is legendary for its endurance and mental toughness, dressing the competition floor with everything athletes need to perform across three intense days. You don’t need to clean & jerk 100kg, but stamina is a must!

 

Ticketing

Be the face of the Torian Pro! Ticketing volunteers play a crucial role in creating a seamless and friendly arrival experience for athletes and spectators. You’ll work closely with ticket provider staff and security teams to ensure smooth registration and event entry.

 

Scoring

A small but efficient and calculated team responsible for collecting and calculating scores throughout the weekend. Whether running score sheets or entering data, these roles are critical to the success of the competition.

 

Ushers

Work with professional security services to ensure spectators and guests enjoy the event while adhering to crowd flow, seat allocation, and safety guidelines. Roles include greeters, gate attendants, and ushers.
